Payment Information

Deposit of $200(week/weekend) or $500(monthly) is due 7 days after booking in order to keep reservation

NC Sales Tax of 12.75% will be applied to all bookings shorter than 3 mos

1st Payment of 50% Due 60 days prior to rental

2nd Payment of 50% Due 14 days prior to rental
- Personal checks will ONLY be accepted MORE than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- LESS than 30 days prior to your arrival, all payments should be credit card and will incur additional 2.9%
